Refund and Return Policy

At Split Knuckle Apparel, we are committed to your satisfaction. All products are made to order specifically for you.

Returns & Refunds
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
- Personalized or custom-designed items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos if your item arrives damaged or misprinted.
- We will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

How to Return
1. Email orders@splitknuckleapparel.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions
- Sale and clearance items are final sale.
- We do not refund original shipping costs on voluntary returns.
